Returns and exchange policy for online orders will only be accepted under the following circumstances: if your order is damaged during shipping or if you receive an incorrect product. If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, you may return it in the same condition as it was received (unworn and in the original packaging).
For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping, courier, and logistics charges, whether for domestic or international orders.
STEPS FOR EXCHANGE:

2- A customer must provide a complete, uncut video of the product, explaining clearly the reason for the return or exchange.
3- Once we receive the product video and our Quality Control team authorizes the return, we will inform you of the most convenient return method.
4- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Additionally, we are not liable for any returns unless we have been notified beforehand.
5- For any exchange or returns other than transit damage, the shipping/courier and logistic charges for all orders – domestic/international will be borne by the customer for both return and exchange.
REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:
1- Packages that are lost in transit before delivery.
2- In case we are unable to provide you with a replacement.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
1- The delivery address provided is incorrect or outdated.
2- Incorrect Zip Code
3- Package refused by recipient.
4- Sizing issues. Please carefully review our size guides or contact us via DM or WhatsApp for any sizing queries before making your purchase.
5- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
There may be minor variations in color and design. All products are handcrafted and utilize natural stones, so there might be differences from the photographs shown on our website.

Each order can only be exchanged once unless there is transit damage, which must be approved by the team. For any additional exchanges or returns involving a design change, a charge of 30% of the item value will apply.
CANCELLATION:
The order placed on the website or via any channels can be changed within 3 days before it is shipped (whichever happens first). The order cannot be canceled post-shipping. If canceled within 3 days and before being shipped, the order amount will be issued as store credits. If the order is canceled within 3 days of order placement, a cancellation charge or 50% will be applicable and the rest amount will be issued as store credits that can be used within 1 year of the date of issue.
